Mini Berry Flag Tarts

Ingredients

  • 42 mini phyllo shells thawed
  • 1 box instant white chocolate pudding prepared
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • fresh blueberries and raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, fold together the prepared white chocolate pudding and whipped cream.  Leave in the fridge until ready to use.
  2. To assemble the tarts, arrange the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet or large rectangular serving platter in a 6 x 7 pattern.  Fill each mini tart shell with about a tablespoon of the prepared pudding and cream filling.  Decorate the tops of the filled tart shells with fresh blueberries and thinly sliced strawberries to create the stars and strips of the American flag.  Refrigerate the tart shells until ready to serve.  Enjoy!
