Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts - can be pre-shelled or have fun shelling as part of the process.
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Chop in food processor for 3-5 minutes, or until desired consistency.
  2. Enjoy! Now spread on toast or make these delicious cookies below!

Recipe Notes

This makes 1/2 cup peanut butter.
I suggest storing your homemade peanut butter in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
