Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas frozen
  • 10 Dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed gound
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes or shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
