Gluten-Free Garlic Bread

How to make garlic butter and gluten-free garlic bread

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free demi-baguette
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened) If you have salted butter on hand use that, just don't add the extra salt
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. Combine the butter, parsley, garlic, and salt in a bowl.

  3. Slice the baguette into half inch pieces. Don't cut all the way through the bread, leave the bottom in tact.

  4. Carefully spread the garlic butter on both sides of each slice.

  5. Create a basket around the bread using aluminum foil leaving the top exposed so it browns.

  6. Place on a baking tray and pop it into the oven for about 15 minutes.
