A delicious fall salad with pear, turkey, Gorgonzola, and mixed leafy greens that's topped with walnuts, dried cranberries, and a Balsamic maple dressing.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Mixed greens green leaf lettuce, butter lettuce, pea shoots, sorrel, spinach
  • 2 cups Turkey breast diced
  • 2 Pears sliced
  • 3 oz Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Cranberry walnut mix
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbs Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a large salad bowl.

  2. Whisk together the olive oil, garlic Balsamic vinegar, and maple syrup.

  3. Add the dressing to your salad and serve.
