Cake Mix Cookies

Servings 24 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix any flavor - I love to use chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil vegetable or canola oil
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips *optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together - cake mix, eggs, and oil. Stir until all combined.
  2. Optional: add your chocolate chips to your dough for a double chocolate cookie, so good!

  3. Scoop your dough with a spoon or a cookie dough scoop. Place on a greased baking sheet or on top of a silicone baking mat.

  4. Bake at 375 for 10-11 minutes.
