
It’s perfectly paired with some toasted crusty bread!
For this recipe shown, use any meat you have on hand. I used 1 lb ground turkey and 12 oz. breakfast sausage links. I used brown russet potatoes, but you could use red or sweet potatoes. I used arugula, but you could use spinach or kale. Any broth will work, and I used coconut milk, but whole milk would cook up just as good.
