Nina is a big fan of veggies and being healthy, but an even bigger fan of mixing up butter, flour, and sugar and seeing what happens. For Nina, baking from scratch is incredibly rewarding, and there's nothing like the smell of freshly baked bread or sinking your teeth into a warm-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookie. She started her blog, Ambrosia, as a way to further her skills both in the kitchen and behind the camera lens, and is always looking for something new to mix up!
