Kat (she/her) is a desert born gal living in Seattle, WA. She's the mother of two teenagers and one very sweet, high energy dog. When she's not working as a primary care Nurse Practitioner she can be found gardening, writing, reading and drinking too much coffee. She loves to cook and bake, creating community through food, particularly if it involves pizza.
