You can’t go wrong with this festive, delicious, and very green four-leaf clover St. Patrick’s Day snack board. We even included our green fruit salad, but you could also add our green mint cookies, or ideas from our St. Patrick’s Day healthy ideas for kids.
St. Patrick’s Day snack board
This snack board is so easy to make. Whether you have fancy heart-shaped bowls or heart-shaped paper plates left over from Valentine’s Day you can make a board just like this that everyone will love. I used a long white dish for the stem, but you could add food that’s a different shade of green to the chips to make yours without using a dish.
Ingredients
These are the ingredients that we used, but we have a few more fun ideas for you below.
- Fruit salad – melon, grapes, kiwi fruit
- Vegetables – broccoli, green peppers, celery
- Assorted green candy
- Guacamole
- Avocado tortilla chips
- Pistachio macarons
How to make your own green four-leaf clover snack board
I suggest making a four-leaf clover snack board, but if you only have three dishes, then make a three-leaf shamrock board instead.
Arrange your bowls or plates on a table or serving board.
Fill each of the bowls with green food and then the surround board with tortilla chips, veggie straws, or both. You can use the ideas we have listed below.
