These Hoisin Glazed Mini Meatballs are such an easy and delicious appetizer addition to any game day spread table. We all love devouring appetizers and snacks while watching football and these juicy cocktail meatballs are so addictive, super tasty and quick to make.
Hoisin Glazed Meatballs
You can’t go wrong with cocktail meatballs. Crowd pleaser appetizer, inexpensive, really quick and easy to put together and quite versatile when it comes to sauces.
You can definitely make a bigger batch and decide to toss these juicy meatballs in any sauce you would prefer: sweet and sour sauce, grape jelly and chili sauce, marinara sauce, etc.
How to make Hoisin Glazed Meatballs?
I have used store bought meatballs for this recipe as it’s so much easier and faster to get them ready. If you want to make your own meatballs, you can use any ground meat combination: ground beef with pork, ground veal with pork, ground pork….you can even add some sausage meat too.
You can bake your meatballs or you can pan fry them using a bit of olive oil.
I like to bake them although it takes few minutes more because I have discovered that when you add oil, the hoisin glaze (or any other sauce you’d add) doesn’t cover them completely, it just gets messy and you don’t get that shiny, evenly glazed meatballs.
