There are so many delicious toppings you can include on your grilled cheese sandwich with pesto, including:
- Sun-dried, fresh, or roasted tomatoes

Instead of using regular basil pesto, you can also use sun-dried tomato pesto.
Make a delicious grilled cheese with pesto sandwich.
- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices white cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese
- 1-2 tbs pesto store-bought or homemade

Heat the skillet to med-low.
